jilipay accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
jilipay supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on jilipay are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the jilipay payment terms published on the platform, which may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your jilipay account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. GCash deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). jilipay reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to be processed within one (1) business day, subject to the payment method selected and any applicable review procedures.

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. Zero Tolerance: jilipay operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and money laundering. Any account found to be engaged in such activities will be permanently banned and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
All content on the jilipay platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of jilipay or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilipay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jilipay platform without the prior written consent of jilipay.
Any unauthorised use of jilipay's intellectual property may result in legal action. The jilipay name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jilipay and may not be used without express written permission.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
jilipay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses, pending withdrawals subject to review, or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jilipay Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jilipay's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jilipay will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through informal means, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels.
jilipay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilipay will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the jilipay platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jilipay platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using jilipay and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
